Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to clear personal data and securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
